Portrait of an English cat
An English cat, viewed from the starboard quarter. There are three ports amidships and four small ports along the lower wale. There is a large port abaft the chains. A port this size was cut in a ship’s side when she was fitted as a fireship. On the tafferel is what appears to be a praying figure.
