Three sailing ships in Regent's Canal Dock, 1933, discharging timber.
Signed by artist and dated, lower right: 'Norman Janes London 33'. Though not visible on the image the ships appear to be identified, either on the back or in the previous record as the 'Lingard', 'Alastor' and an unnamed barquentine, which is the one in broadside view on the left. The church behind is St Anne's, Limehouse.
