'Monsieur Liszt. The Celebrated Pianist'

The full title of this caricature reads:

MONSIEUR LISZT
THE CELEBRATED PIANIST
Sketched at Mr J Parry's Concert May 8th 1840

Franz Liszt (1811-86) was a Hungarian pianist and composer giving concerts throughout Europe. Between 1840 and 1840 Liszt made two tours of Britain. These were arranged by the musician and conductor Lewis Henry Lavenu, and Liszt was accompanied by Lavenu's half brother Frank Mori, two unnamed female singers and the musician, singer, entertainer and diarist, John Orlando Parry.
