Badge of Royal Naval Auxiliary Service. Badge: Field blue. Issuing from a barry wavy (four white and blue) is a spout of white water. Circular with rope border and naval crown. Inscription: "PRESENTED BY THE MEMBERS OF THE ROYAL NAVL AUXILIARY SERVICE (LONDON UNIT) WHO WERE ACCOMMODATED ABOARD H.M.S. DISCOVERY WHICH SERVED AS THE UNITS HEADQUARTERS FROM 1963-1979". Official design. Differs slightly from Admiralty Ships' Badges Committee description.
