Well Done, Phaeton!

'Phaeton', centre, rescued an E. Bartholomew, who had fallen overboard and was unable to swim. 'Arrogant' is shown to the right of the picture.

Inscribed: 'Well done, Phaeton! This signal was made by Commodore Martin, on Phaeton's picking up Ed. Bartholomew.
