naval cot
1st World War type invalid cot made of Royal Naval canvas with brass eyelets to lace item up into a box shape. Stiffened with a batten at each end and three ropes for suspension. Two flaps in the base to lace in a bottom board. Extra material at sides to cover patient and keep them dry on deck. Used for transport and as an emergency bed.
