Edward Troughton (1753-1835)
A plaster cast of the face of Edward Troughton, the instrument maker, on a velvet covered wooden mount. It is said to be a death mask but may be a life mask. For another version see ZBA0706: also the marble bust of Troughton by Chantrey (ZBA1722).
