Gold rimmed, eight pointed, white enamel cross, gold crowns between each arm and two pairs of crossed swords at the top. The blue centre medallion shows three small crowns with an upright sword in the centre. On reverse of medallion a sword and crown "PRO PATRIA". Suspended by a yellow moire ribbon with a blue stripe towards each edge. Mounted on a bar with eleven others.
