The arms of L'Havre are shown between them and below the motto 'NVTRISIO ET EXTINGVO'. On shields above 'SVEDE ET NORVEGE', 'DANEMARK', 'ESPAGNE', 'AVTRICHE', 'RUSSIE', 'FRANCE', ANGLETERRE', 'ALLEMAGNE', 'ITALIE', 'PAYS BAS', 'AMERIQUE'. Reverse: A wreath of bullrushes, oak and olive, the prow of a galley, flanked by dolphins below. Legend: 'EXPOSITION . MARITIME . INTERNATIONALE . DU . HAVRE . 1887'. Inscription (incuse) 'W.
