Teapot lid
White, salt glazed, stoneware teapot cover moulded in relief, commemorating Admiral Edward Vernon (1684-1757), the capture of Porto Bello in 1739 and of Chagres in 1740. The knop of the lid is in the form of a seated animal (its head is missing).
