The shadow cast by Viscount Curzon can be seen at the bottom of the picture.

The men in view are (from left to right) Clerk Edward S Burton, Sub-Lieutenant Lawrence F Foley, Sub-Lieutenant Edward C Bindloss, Midshipman Alfred S Russell, Midshipman Geoffrey M D Maltby and Midshipman Cyril H C Matthey DSC. The civilian cinematographers have not been identified.
