The 2nd Battle Squadron in Scapa Flow
A portside near beam view from slightly aft of the King George V class battleship HMS Centurion (1911) at anchor in Scapa Flow. A launch can be seen moored to the guest warp boom near her stern. Beyond her are her two sister ships and Division mates HMS Ajax (1913) and HMS King George V (1912). In the distance beyond Centurion's bow is a battleship of the Orion class. A small service steamer with a steadying sail set is visible in the distance to the far right of the frame.
