Circular medallion attached to a gilt pocket watch chain. On one side of the medallion is a photograph of a ship with a flag at her stern. Underneath the water is written 'H.M.S. VICTORY'. On the reverse of the medallion is a photographic reproduction of a portrait depicting Vice-Admiral Horatio Nelson (1758-1805) along with the name 'LORD NELSON' on his chest. Nelson is not wearing a hat, and is shown in a naval uniform with epaulettes and an award on his left breast.
