Necklace
Gold necklace, the necklace consists of three fine gold chains, which lie parallel to one another and link up to nine oval mosaic plaques. The plaques vary in size and each one is painted with a depiction alternately of butterflies and baskets of flowers. The central plaque depicts a round tower and a bridge, which is thought to be Castel San Angelo, Rome. The necklace has a square clasp and belonged to Emma, Lady Hamilton (circa 1765-1815).
