In the centre is a circular medallion of white enamel on which is portrayed the figure of St Anne with mountains in the background, the whole surrounded by a gold band. Reverse in white enamel "A J P F" (motto Amatibus, Justiciam, Pietatem, Fidem). With sash of watered silk, scarlet with narrow yellow stripe near each edge. Star: Eight pointed silver star with red enamel cross in centre surrounded by red enamel band with legend: "AMAN.JUST.PIET.FID."
