Letters, John Rushworth Jellicoe (1859 - 1935), Sir Edward Seymour, Waymouth and Robertson to Albert Bevis, able seaman, late of the CENTURION, 1900 - 1904; Newspaper cuttings and photograph copies.

Albert Bevis lived at 21 West Street, Bognor in 1900 and was at the School for the Blind, St George's Circus, Southwark, London, 190. Bevis was blinded by a rifle in the Boxer Rebellion which is the concern of these letters and newspaper cuttings. Vice- Admiral Sir Edward Seymour, ALACRITY, Hong Kong writes to Bevis along with Captain John R Jellicoe, CENTURION and DRAKE, China Station and cruiser squadron respectively.
