Medal commemorating Zeppelin raids on the London Docks, 1915. Obverse: Winged Victory carrying a flaming sword in her right hand and a wreath in her left. Legend: 'GOTT SEGNETE DIE VEREINIGTEN'. Reverse: Inscription, 'ZEPPELIN ANGRIFFE AUF DIE LONDONER DOCKS NACHT 31/5. ZU 1. JUNI 9/10 U.12/13. AUG. 7/8 U. 8/9. SEPT. 1915' (Zeppelin raids on the London Docks on the nights of 31 May/1 June, 9/10 and 12/13 Aug. 7/8 and 8/9 Sept. 1915). Fitted with a ring and loop.
