Plaque commemorating the inauguration of the canals Arias La Seina and Arana for navigation, 1913. Plaque with curved top. Obverse: A three-quarter-length female figure (Argentina) gathering peaches from a tree, spreading overhead in an orchard on the bank of a river; a passenger and cargo ship under steam (left), the opposite shore in distance. Reverse: The arms of Argentina wreathed above, filigrees on either side; inscription, spray of laurel (left) and (right) where mention of the canals for thirty kilometres in the delta of the River Plate and the names of the officials.
