A drawing of the Armada Class 3rd rate 74 gun warship Defence (1815) as converted to a prison hulk, made at Portsmouth Dockyard and dated 28 December 1848. Showing a plan of the quarterdeck and forecastle with the inscription: 'As proposed by Mr Voules'. Signed by J. Munham.
