Creamware mug, transfer-printed with a double portrait of Admiral of the Fleet, Adam Duncan (1731-1804) and Admiral Jan Willem de Winter (1712-1812), which can be viewed either way up, the names inscribed on ribbons 'ADMIRAL . DUNCAN', 'ADMIRAL . DE . WINTER'. Hand-coloured in red, yellow and blue with a black rim.
