Bowl: Dia. 2.9" (7.4 cm) Brass, glazed. Inside of bowl painted black. Fitted with card locking mechanism operated by knob at side of case, and a card break operated by a stud at side of bowl. Brass lid.

Sights: Fitted with a 90 deg. prism, two dark shades and a slit sight on one side, and a rectangular frame 2.25" (5.7 cm) long (with thread) and dark ground glass screen on the opposite side.

Card: Dia. 2.4" (6.1 cm) Mica covered with green paper with black markings. Graduated to 360 degrees from the South point. Brass jewelled pivot cap at centre.

Needle: Unsighted.

Pivot: Unsighted.
