TCS Type
This equipment is a complete radio transmitting and receiving installation designed for use in portable and mobile situations.
The radio is made up of eight parts numbered NAV1080.1-8 which can be found via the Whole/Part toggle.
Components:
1. Transmitter: type COL-52245 Dim 11.75 x 13.75 x 11.75 (29.9 x 35 x 29.9cm) Frequency range 1500-12000 kc's Emission: RT/CW Power output : RT-20 watts CW -40 watts.
2. Receiver: type COL-46159 Dim 11.75 x 13.75 x 11.75" (29.9 x 35 x 29.9cm) Frequency range 1500-12000 kc's
3: Power Unit: type 643-2164
4. Antena Loading Coil: type CWS 47205
5. Remote Control Unit: type COL-23270
6. Interconnecting cables: complete set with multi-contact plug connectors
7. Microphone: single button carbob type
8. Instruction book: contains description of equipment, functional characteristics, operational notes, maintenance routines and data sheets.
All items manufactured by Collins Radio co. except for item 4 which was produced by the Stewart-Warner Corporation of Chicago.
