Contract for Pearl (?) (1828)

A 34 page contract for Pearl (?) (1828), a 18/20-gun Sloop, between the Admiralty and Philip Sainty of Colchester in the County of Essex, dated 14 April 1826 and signed.
Specifications slightly differ from the plan but corrections in pencil are closer to it. The builder and the year are the same and it is actually known that Philip Sainty used here his own design.
