The reverse of the plan has a sheet pasted to it addressed to "Her Grace the Duchess of Kingston &c &c &c", which is presumed to be connected to the plan. The date is presumed from the date J. M. Hilhouse set up business in 1772, to the time the Duchess left England in 1773 on the death of the Duke of Kingston.
