Two letters from Baron Von Mullenheim-Rechberg to Helen Lindsay Young about the book The Bismarck Episode
Letters of Baron Von Mullenheim-Rechberg, highest-ranking survivor of the sinking of the German battleship BISMARCK in 1941, to Helen Sidney Lindsay-Young (Widow of Captain Russel Greenfell.) The first letter is from Baron Von Mullenheim-Rechberg asking if he may comment on part of Captain Russell Greenfell's book 'The Bismark Episode.' The second letter states that Baron Von Mullenheim-Rechberg had been unaware of the DORSETCHIRE's present in the battle until it rescued him. He believes the shell the wrecked the Bismarck's fire control tower was likely from the RODNEY.
