Stephen, Alexander, & Sons Ltd
The records were deposited in 1965 and 1967. These include nearly all plans of vessels built at Kelvinhaugh and plans of most ships built at Linthouse until the 1940s. The collection also includes photographs, specifications, engineers notes and ship correspondence mainly in the twentieth century as well as launching, stability, trials and general particulars books for the same period. There are also company ledgers, 1858 to 1932; journals, 1892 to 1928; and Estimate Books, 1939 to 1954.
