Jug
Porcelain hot water jug with a separate silver lid, used on HMY 'Victoria and Albert' 1899. The handle is decorated with a gilt pattern of husks and there is a gilt scalloped border around the body. The rim and foot are also gilded. The royal monogram 'GR VI' and the crown are shown below the lip. The maker's name is printed on the base with the date code for 1939.
