42 page specification for the 1719 Establishment, dated 11 November 1719, addressed to Jacob E. Acworth, Surveyor of the Navy and signed by the following Master Shipwrights: Richard Stacey (Depford), Benjamin Rosewell (Chatham), John Naish (Portsmouth), John Haywards (Woolwich), and Assistants to Master Shipwright: William Rosewell (Deptford) and Thomas Fellow (Woolwich).

On each page the data relating to the scantlings are divided up in 9 columns, respectively for 100, 90, 80, 70, 60, 50, 40, 30, and 20-gun ships.
