China east coast gulfs of Pe-Chili & Liau-Tung and northern portion of the Yellow Sea surveyed by Comr. J. Ward & Lieut. C. Bullock, R.N. assisted by the officers of H.M.S. Actoeon & Dove 1860. The coast of the Yellow Sea is compiled from various authorities and is very little known. The coast from the Pei-ho to Ning-hai is from a survey by Major A. Fisher, R.E. 1859.
