A view along the starboard side of the quarterdeck, looking forward towards the superstructure and funnels, on the light cruiser HMS 'Aurora' (1913). A number of officers are sitting in deck chairs while other officers and sailors are standing in the background during regatta day at Harwich. Behind the deck chairs is the elevated anti-aircraft gun.

Aurora's log records that a regatta took place on 14 August. [TNA, ADM 53/34496].
