Malaya (1915)
Scale 1:96. Plan shows the cancelled upper and main deck drawing, as fitted, for the Queen Elizabeth class battleship Malaya (1915). The plan shows alterations in green ink made at Portsmouth Yard, dated May 1924 and later alterations in blue ink, dated March 1929. Further alterations in sienna ink made at Malta Yard dated 31 Janaury 1928, are also present on the plan. An Armstrong Naval yard stamp, dated 31 March 1916. is present on the the left hand side of the plan. A second Armstrong Naval yard bearing the signature of the Admiralty Overseer, is also present on the left hand side of the drawing. A Malta Yard Manager of Constructive Department stamp, dated 31 January 1928 is printed underneath the Armstrong Naval Yard stamps. This plan was cancelled in 1936 and was superceded by drawing NPB6405 and NPB6407.
