Scale 1:96. Plan show the upper deck, as fitted, of the Gloucester class light cruiser Manchester (1937). There are two stamps ftom R. & W. Hawthorn Leslie & Co Naval Yard, dated 13 March 1942 on the left hand side of the drawing. A note in the top left corner states this plan is number 4 of 8. There is a crease from top to bottom on the right hand side of the plan.
