A distant view of part of the Harwich Force in line-ahead at sea taken from the light cruiser HMS Aurora (1913). The lead ship (left) is a light cruiser of the Cambrian class. Following the three light cruisers are destroyers. The sea looks relatively calm.

The negative has a couple of finger prints and some small blemishes that slightly affect the image.
