On the base 'THE WHOLE OF THE ELECTRIC LIGHTING AND POWER OF THIS SHIP IS SUPPLIED THROUGH THIS RING MAIN CABLE. THE CURRENT BEING OBTAINED FROM 3 DYNAMOS OF 900 AMPERES EACH AT A PRESSURE OF 225 VOLTS LENGTH OF CABLE 700 FEET WEIGHT 11 TONS'. 'HMS KING GEORGE V'
