An elevated view down from the top of the dry dock onto the starboard side of the captured German mine-laying submarine UC 5 (1915), looking aft. The bow of the submarine is out of the photograph back to mine tube number 3. Mine tubes numbers 4, 5 and 6 show that they contain their full complement of mines. The top mine in tube number 4 is ready for hoisting out.
