Musket ball in locket
Musket ball contained in a round gold locket hinged in the centre, the surface is chased. It is inscribed: 'Nelson 21 Oct Trafalagar 1805'. The locket is contained within a brass cylindrical tin with a hinged lid inscribed: '1 JUNE 1867'. Said to have been taken from the clothes of Lord Nelson, at his death, by Lieutenant George Browne of HMS 'Victory'.
