HMS Aurora (1913) left Harwich on 12 April and arrived at Dover at 1.05pm where she undertook night defence off 'Small Dover'. Aurora returned to Harwich on 20 April via Edinburgh Channel and Black Deep. [Ship's log, TNA, ADM 53/34496].
