Patch box lid
Rectangular patch box lid, which has a surface of white enamel. On the top of the lid is painted with a coloured design of an anchor and cannon within an oval inscription: 'Like Nelson may each Briton be / A friend to King and Country'. The edges of the lid are painted with leaves and flowers.
