Sailing orders issued to convoy escorts by the Admiral's Office at Milford Haven, dated between 3 January and 31 August 1918. Together with lists of merchant vessels in inward and outward convoys and copies of instructions for their masters. The orders were issued to Lieutenant Gordon Charles Steele, in command of the patrol boat HMS PC 63 (1917).
