HMS Kent(1926); Fighting vessel; Cruiser; County class
Scale:Unknown. A contemporary model of gun turret on HMS Kent (1926), a county class cruiser. It has been made either cast or soldered brass sheet and silver plated. Both the barrels and turret move and are mounted on a turned circular made material base to which is a silver plaque is pinned and inscribed "HMS Kent March 16th 1926 Presented by R N Gunnery School Chatham".
