Bowl-Copper with top and bottom brass verge rings. Verge glass at top and bottom and suspended in ACO stand. Lead ring on inside of bowl. Black pencilled lubber lines.
Card-Silk, stretched on copper hoops. Black with white markings graduated to 1/4 points. Decorated North and East points. Brass gimballed pivot cap at centre. Dia. 9.5" (24.2cm)
Needle-Edge bar type, holed at centre to accommodate pivot cap. Has brass balancing weights on arms. Two brass cross struts also with brass balance weights. Length, 9.5" (24.2cm)
Pivot-Ruby tipped brass spike on screw in mounting secured to brass base of bowl. Fits into gimballed bell-shaped pivot cap.
