Button, Royal Naval uniform: pattern 1812-1825

Four midshipman's buttons. Flat. Smooth edge. On a smooth background is a pre-1901 crown above an anchor with the rope tied to a ring at the top, then it goes under the left-hand stock, under the shank to the right, under the shank to the left, under the left arm and then it curls under the crown and under the right arm.
