Ajax (1798); Kent (1798)
Scale: 1:48. Plan showing the quarterdeck and forecastle proposed (and used) for Ajax (1798) and Kent (1798), both 74-gun Third Rate, two-deckers. The plan relates to the ships prior to being lengethened 11ft per Admiralty Order dated 19 October 1796. However, this plans was to be conformed to in relation to the breadth of the hatch and ladderways, cabins and storerooms.
