A copy with the cabin alterations in ticked black ink and with the beams in red ink were sent to Woolwich for the Winchester and Chichester in October 1820. This was superceded by the alteration to the cabins in pencil dated 1828. The cabin alterations in black ink were also copied to Plymouth for the Portland and Lancaster. The plan also includes alterations to the cabins suggested by Captain Charles John Austin (seniority: 10 May 1810) for the Winchester, dated 20 October 1829.
