Nereus (1821); Hamadryad (1823); Thisbe (1824)

Scale: 1:48. Plan showing the framing profile (disposition) for Nereus (1821), Hamadryad (1823), and Thisbe (1824), all 46-gun Fifth Rate Frigates building at Pembroke Dockyard. The plan would also have related to Druid (cancelled 1820) and Nemesis (cancelled 1820), prior to the names being re-assigned to two ships of the Seringapatam class. The plan includes details about how the timbers were to be formed and bolted together, as illustrated by the midship section on the plan.

Signed by Henry Peake [Surveyor of the Navy, 1806-1822], Joseph Tucker [Surveyor of the Navy, 1813-1831], and Robert Seppings [Surveyor of the Navy, 1813-1832].
