Deal Castle (1756)
Scale: 1:96. Plan showing the quarterdeck, forecastle, upper deck, lower deck and fore & aft platforms for Deal Castle (1756), a 20-gun Sixth Rate. The plan illustrates her as taken off at Sheerness in August 1775 showing the State Room alterations to accommodate Sir Ralph Paine (1739-1807), the retired Governor-in-Chief of the Leeward Islands, 1772-1775. The plan also shows how the ship was to be returned to her correct configuration.
