Scale: 1:48. Plan showing the body plan with stern board outline, sheer lines and longitudinal half-breadth proposed for a 20-gun Sixth Rate. The plan is likely to refer to the Vestal (1777), a 20-gun Sixth Rate. The references to Gibraltar (1754) may be for comparison purposes, as the ship was broken up in 1773 and no other built until 1779 but to shorter dimensions.
