Electrical equipment. Consists of a grey painted disc of plywood, dia 7.0" (17.8 cm), on one side of which is mounted a black painted metal electrical unit, dia 4.5" (11.4 cm), to which is connected a length of heavy duty cable. On the other side of the disc is another black painted unit dia 5.0" (12.8 cm). Contained in a plastic bag due to leakage/degradation of parts.
