Favorite (1829) [alternative spelling: Favourite (1829); Hazard (1837)
Scale: 1:48. Plan showing the body plan, sheer lines, and longitudinal half-breadth, after the design was lengthened by 9ft 6 inches in 1827, for Favorite (1829) and Hazard (1837), both 18-gun Ship Sloops. The plan includes later alterations to the bow dated 1828 and further modifications to the gun ports and height of the main mast for Hazard in 1833. The waterlines for the Favourite are shown on the plan, based on the ship's Sailing Qualities delivered by Captain Harrison.
The latter alteration note, dated 28 October 1833, is signed by John Peake [Master Shipwright, Portsmouth Dockyard, 13 October 1832-19 February 1835].
