'Project' (1806)
Scale: 1:48. Plan showing the body plan for the 'Project' (1806). The plan also depicts a modified midship section, sheer lines with inboard detail showing the mortar beds, a longitudinal half-breadth, and upper deck plan the ship.
The 'Project' was a seventy foot mortar vessel, and the plans show a design proposed by William Congreve, Jnr.
Note that she was double-ended with rudders at both ends, and had sixteen oar ports, and symmetrical rigging (main mast on the midships and the fore/mizzen equidistant).
Signed by William Congreve, Jnr [Designer].
